Blaine Lopez is a principal at 4BL, LLC, P.E., and serves on the Executive Board for the South Texas Business Partnership.

A San Antonio native, he graduated from McCollum High School and Texas A&M University.

Blaine is actively involved with the Real Estate Council of San Antonio and serves as President of the City of Helotes Economic Development Corporation.

In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and skiing. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Belinda, and they have two daughters, Bay and Brooke, with Brooke also a graduate of Texas A&M University.
