Jacob is the Senior Vice President and Community Reinvestment Manager at Broadway Bank. He manages bank efforts supporting affordable housing, economic development, education, social services, community revitalization, and also manages corporate philanthropic giving. He works with senior leadership to provide direction on community needs in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and the Texas Hill Country.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio (’06), and was recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal as a 2022 “40 Under 40” honoree. Jacob currently serves on the board of directors for Communities In Schools of San Antonio (CISSA), the SAISD Foundation, the UTSA Alumni Association, and the South Texas Business Partnership. He also serves on the advisory board for CASA, and advisory committees for the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County and the University of Texas Chancellors Centurions. He currently chairs the Broadway Bank Community Reinvestment committee, and serves on the Grants and Foundation Management Committee, the Donations Committee, and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Jacob produces the UTSA Birds Up Podcast, the official podcast of the UTSA Alumni Association, and is a music minister at Alamo City Church. Jacob married his wife, Megan, in 2010 and they are the proud parents of 2 wonderful children, Tinsley and Liam.
